<p>He is now 2/12 and loving every second of his hearing world. We continue with sign language training &#8211; he might lose his hearing as the Leukodystrophy progress &#8211; no signs yet though.. Check out the latest hearing aid &#8211; the <a title="New cochlea implant" href="http://www.mychildisdying.com/hearing-aids-new-cochlea-implant/">new cochlea</a>! The hearing aids, or implants, for deaf children were sponsored by reach for a dream &#8211; they got us this free hearing aid. It was a real eye opener to actually benefit &#8211; we never thought we would get the help &#8211; so thanks reach for a dream &#8211; you certainly helped our deaf kid!</p>

<p>To pain for a future nothing.</p>
<p>To stay now in the joy?</p>
<p>How – every new step is a step that cannot be finished?</p>
<p>To take the gift now and know it is gone tomorrow.</p>
<p>Beautiful boy, shining smile, so much love</p>
<p>Gone , for what, to what</p>
<p>My heart, my life is ripped with every child nuance.</p>

<p>I am taking every moment of Luc&#8217;s life, in every detail, and loving it. All I have left is to give him love.</p>
<p>He is now 2 &#8211; the support and help we have got from friends, family and strangers has been great.</p>
<p>He is showing no signs of Leukodystrophy yet &#8211; just a happy kid.</p>
